1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infomance services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Services

Infomance provides a municipal data API that allows access to demographic, economic, health, education, and infrastructure indicators for European municipalities across 34 EU countries.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. API Usage

API usage is subject to the following rules:

  • Do not overload our servers with excessive requests
  • Do not resell raw data without aggregation or added value
  • Do not use scraping techniques to circumvent API limits
  • Respect the request limits of your plan

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

Infomance and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire rights to our technology, only a limited license to use as per these terms.

8. Data Ownership

Data provided by the API is derived from public government sources. Infomance does not claim ownership of raw data but holds rights to the aggregation, processing, and delivery format.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infomance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
